Mini Kickers 1st Touch Soccer Program

1st Touch Soccer offers a full range of fitness training services for team training and individual training for players at any level of play. Both team and individual training is personalized to suit the needs of the players’ and targets the development of soccer-specific fitness and athletic components.

Fitness training sessions are designed according to a number of components: age, gender, level, athleticism, position, and goals of the individual or team. All fitness training sessions are designed with the time of the season in mind and look to train the players for both the short and the long-term in order to maximize their athletic potential.
