“A fun & exciting fitness program for women of all ages!"

Women's Soccer Development is a program designed for beginners or ladies wishing to improve their soccer skills and knowledge of the game. Every week a different topic of soccer is visited i.e. - Passing and receiving, defending, shooting, turning, dribbling. The session is finished with a 20 minute scrimmage and cool down.
