Women's Soccer Fit is a unique full body workout for beginners and up looking to gain and improve stamina, speed, strength, and increase energy. The session starts with a warm up then a 20 minute strength circuit which works the legs, arms and core. The next 20 minutes is spent working on stamina and agility, finishing with a 10 minute scrimmage.
